Beyond the trees is where the plaza will go (you can see the Broken Arrow Archery Building in the background)

The pedestrian bridge to the Riverfront would be to the left. Where the large trees are is a proposed rooftop plaza above a parking garage with access to the river.

For the last 40 years Kellogg Lake has been completely inaccessible until the bank was removed for Light Rail. This is also where the pedestrian bridge would align with the Light Rail bridge connecting Island Station to Light Rail.
